Note: replacement product will be the same size and print as original order. Damage claims must be filed within 30 days of receiving the product. Any damage sustained after shipping is not covered by this policy.
All prints are shipped in 100% recycled rigid photo mailers. Prints are shipped within 5 business days of order placement. Your product should arrive within 5 business days after shipping (7 if shipping internationally), but unexpected disruptions due to Covid-19 may cause delays.

If your package cannot be traced or appears to have been lost in transit, Terra and Sage will provide a free replacement.
