Terms and Conditions

Payments made to Terra and Sage will be pooled in a sub-account and used according to the discretion of the owner (Jessie Payne). That being said, we strive to be as transparent as possible and honor the intended use of funds. Income from art prints will be used strictly as follows:

-Income will first be used to pay for website and email services, needed art supplies, sustainable shipping materials, shipping costs, taxes, and other services or supplies deemed necessary for continued operations.

-Remaining income will be reserved in the account until the first of the month. On the first of the month, a payout will be made to the receiving non-profit organization as outlined in the Transparency MasterDoc (available on the resources page).

-A reserve of 150$ will be kept in the account at all times to ensure website upkeep and prompt refunds as needed.

-In the event that Terra and Sage discontinues operations, all funds in the sub-account will be paid out to the current receiving non-profit organization.


To aid in transparency, the following information will be available to the public through the Transparency MasterDoc:

-Income received, expenditures made (updated weekly on Saturday)

-Payout amount to non-profit (updated on the 1st of the month)

-Year to date impact statements (updated on the 1st of the month)

Note: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Jessie Payne, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service. 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jessie Payne assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

Shipping and Fulfillment

All prints are shipped in 100% recycled rigid photo mailers. Prints are shipped within 5 business days of order placement. Your product should arrive within 5 business days after shipping (7 if shipping internationally), but unexpected disruptions due to Covid-19 may cause delays. If you have questions about your purchase's shipping status, or your order has not arrived within 10 business days (14 days if shipping internationally), please send an email to and we will be happy to assist you.


If your package cannot be traced or appears to have been lost in transit, Terra and Sage will provide a free replacement.

Refunds and Returns

Products are guaranteed to arrive without creases, folds, water damage, or other damages due to shipping. If your product has been damaged during transit, please send a photo and description of damage to for a full refund OR free product replacement. 


Due to Covid-19 concerns, returns will not be accepted. All sales are final.


Note: replacement product will be the same size and print as original order. Damage claims must be filed within 30 days of receiving the product. Any damage sustained after shipping is not covered by this policy.


We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.


We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide and operate the Services;

  2. To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

  3. To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;

  4. To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services; 

  5. To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

Our company is hosted on the platform. provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through’s data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
